Reina Valera (Parte III)

Saludos!, escribo este tema porque últimamente he estado leyendo varias versiones de la Biblia (o traducciones mejor dicho) en la Internet, ya que gracias a esta tecnología, tenemos acceso a la Biblia Vulgata y a los escritos en griego.
Y me he percatado de que Reina Valera contiene varios "cambios" en su traducción. Yo acostumbraba utilizar siempre la Reina Valera, fue como el "tick" que me quedó (la idea de que "es la mejor traducción"), hoy me he conseguido la Biblia de Jerusalem y he visto una traducción más fiel.

Lucas 1:28

Reina Valera 1995:
Entrando el ángel a donde ella estaba, dijo:
--¡Salve, muy favorecida! El Señor es contigo; bendita tú entre las mujeres.

Biblia de Jerusalem:
Y entrando, le dijo: «Alégrate, llena de gracia, el Señor está contigo.»

και εισελθων ο αγγελος προς αυτην ειπεν χαιρε κεχαριτωμενη ο κυριος μετα σου ευλογημενη συ εν γυναιξιν

En el caso de la Version Reina Valera Revisada no se le puede acusar de nada en cuanto a un engaño respecto a Lucas 1:28, porque no es la única versión que omite la frase: “Llena de gracia”, que no se basa en la gramatica sino en un prejuicio teologico, por ejemplo a NVI dice al respecto:

“El ángel se acerco a ella y le dijo: ¡Te Saludo, tu que has recibido el favor de Dios! El Señor esta contigo! Lucas 1:28

El error de Roma proviene de la Vulgata Latina, la cual dice: “Llena de gracia” sin embargo hay que basarse en el griego y no en el Latín, donde no dice que María este llena de Gracia: “Pleres Caris”.

Sin embargo la frase “pleres caris” la encontramos 2 veces en el NT y ninguna de ellas se refiere a Maria, las dos veces se refiere a Jesús y la otra a Esteban.

“Y el Verbo se hizo hombre y habito entre nosotros. Y hemos contemplado su gloria, la gloria que corresponde al Hijo unigénito del Padre, lleno de gracia y de verdad” Juan 1:14

“Esteban, hombre lleno de la gracia y del poder de Dios, hacia grandes prodigios y señales milagrosas entre el pueblo” Hechos 6:8

Ahora el diccionario expositivo VINE dice al respecto de la palabra “pleres”:

“Pleres, denota lleno ……. De gracia y verdad (Jn. 1:14); fe (Hch. 6:5); gracia y poder (6:8)” Diccionario Expositivo VINE, pagina 507.

Ahora resumiendo hasta ahora gramáticamente es imposible la traducción de las versiones de la iglesia de Roma, porque lo que utiliza Lucas 1:28 es el verbo “caritoo”, las únicas partes del NT donde es posible la construcción de “lleno de gracia” son con Jesús y Esteban y no con María.

Por lo tanto es falsa y errónea la traducción de Roma.

La palabra griega en cuestión es KECHARITOMENE o κεχαριτωμενη que esta en en tiempo participio del verbo Caritoo, el prefijo y el sufijo, Ke y Mene, no son palabras, sino ayudas gramaticales que se utilizan para cambiar el tiempo del verbo.

Aqui hay una lista de versiones que rechazan: "Llena de gracia" en Lucas 1:28:

6. King James Version- "And the angel came in unto her, and said, Hail, thou that art highly favoured, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women."
7. New American Standard Bible - "And coming in, he said to her, Hail, favored one! The Lord is with you.
8. New International Version - "The angel went to her and said, Greetings, you who are highly favored! The Lord is with you.
9. New King James Version - "And having come in, the angel said to her, Rejoice, highly favored one, the Lord is with you; blessed are you among women!
10. Revised Standard Version - "And he came to her and said, 'Hail, O favored one, the Lord is with you!'
11. New Revised Standard Version - And he came to her and said, “Greetings, favored one! The Lord is with you.”
12. The New Century Version - The angel came to her and said, “Greetings! The Lord has blessed you and is with you.”
13. New Living Translation - Gabriel appeared to her and said, “Greetings, favored woman! The Lord is with you!”
14. The Cambridge Paragraph Bible - And the angel came in unto her, and said, Hail, thou that art highly favoured, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women.

¿Entonces de donde viene muy favorecida?, viene del griego κεχαριτωμενη :

B. Verbo

Caritoo (χαριτω, 5487), relacionado con A, N. 2; otorgar caris. Significa primeramente hacer gentil, y vino a denotar, en griego helenistico, hacer encontrar favor (Lc. 1:28: "muy favorecida", RV, RVR); en Ef. 1:6 se traduce "nos hizo aceptos en el Amado" (Besson: "nos favorecio"); no significa aqui dotar de gracia. Gracia implica mas que favor; la gracia es un libre don, en tanto que el favor puede ser merecido o ganado.
